1. Free Shipping

VORA™ offers free standard shipping on all orders to addresses within the United States. There are no minimum order requirements. The shipping cost is included in the product price.

2. Processing Time

Once you place your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. This confirms that we have received your order and it is being prepared for shipment.

3. Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping (United States): 7 to 14 business days from the date of shipment.

Please note that the total time from placing your order to receiving it includes both the processing time (1 to 3 business days) and the shipping time (7 to 14 business days). In most cases, you can expect to receive your order within 8 to 17 business days from the date you placed your order.

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, customs processing, and other factors beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at Voraofficial.555@gmail.com.

5. Shipping Carrier

We use third-party shipping carriers to deliver your order. The carrier may vary depending on availability and your delivery address. Once your package reaches the United States, final delivery is typically handled by USPS (United States Postal Service) or a comparable local carrier.

6. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: high order volume during peak seasons, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, natural disasters, and other force majeure events.

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days from the date of shipment, please contact us immediately at Voraofficial.555@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work to resolve it. If your order is confirmed lost, we will reship the product or issue a full refund at your choice.

In accordance with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated above, we will notify you of the delay and provide you with the option to either consent to the delay or cancel your order for a full refund.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at Voraofficial.555@gmail.com as soon as possible. For damaged packages, please include photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and will either reship the product or issue a full refund at your choice.

9. International Shipping

VORA™ ships to all US states except Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to US territories or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are located outside our shipping area and would like to place an order, please contact us at Voraofficial.555@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

10. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped by contacting us at Voraofficial.555@gmail.com with your order number. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee once it arrives. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.

11. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order at checkout based on the shipping address. Sales tax rates vary by state and locality. The sales tax amount will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
