2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all purchases made through our website. This is a no-questions-asked satisfaction guarantee.
Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. The delivery date is the date shown in the carrier tracking information confirming delivery to the address you provided at checkout.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at Voraofficial.555@gmail.com. Please include:
(a) Your order number;
(b) The email address used to place the order;
(c) A brief reason for the return (optional — this helps us improve our products, but is not required for a refund).
Once we receive your request, our customer support team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refund Processing
After we receive your return request, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
If you are located in the United States, VORA™ will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. For orders outside the United States, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. 1-Year Limited Mechanical Warranty
In addition to the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, VORA™ provides a 1-Year Limited Mechanical Warranty on the self-cleaning mechanism of the hairbrush.
What Is Covered
This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the mechanical self-cleaning components of the hairbrush under normal use and service conditions. If the self-cleaning mechanism fails to function as described during the warranty period, we will repair or replace your hairbrush at no charge to you.
What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
(a) Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic changes to the product;
(b) Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, or use contrary to the product instructions;
(c) Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs;
(d) Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions (excessive heat, chemicals, etc.).
Warranty Duration
This Limited Warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of original purchase. The date of purchase is the date shown on your order confirmation email.
Remedy
If your product is found to have a covered defect within the warranty period, VORA™ will, at its sole discretion: (a) repair the product; (b) replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value; or (c) issue a full refund of the purchase price.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please email us at Voraofficial.555@gmail.com with:
(a) Your order number and proof of purchase;
(b) A description of the defect; and
(c) Photographic or video evidence of the issue.
We will respond within 2 business days with further instructions. You do not need to return the product unless we specifically request it.
Legal Notice
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
4. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel, contact us at Voraofficial.555@gmail.com with your order number. If your order has already been shipped, you may still return it under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee once it arrives.
If you cancel before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product for a different color or variation, please contact us at Voraofficial.555@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will process a full refund instead.
6. Damaged or Defective Items on Arrival
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Include your order number and photographic or video evidence of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund — your choice.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation:
(a) Check your bank account or credit card statement again — processing times vary.
(b) Contact your bank or credit card company. It may take additional time for the refund to be posted.
